This morning I laid in bed at around 6 thinking about the logistics of getting Patience to her class by 8:45 and then getting the teachers to their last day of school in Langley by 9:00. Complicating matters was the fact that we didn't know which class Patience would be going to...we were supposed to look at the lists posted in the hallways. Along with hundreds of other families. Then I realized that this was all happening TODAY and I got up to start making things gel. Fortunately Patience is an early riser so we got her up, fed, dressed, and braided by 7:30.
In the end, Dylan offered to take Patience to school as he was leaving at the perfect time to do so and he was driving right by there to pick up his friend Cassie for their first day at Kwantlen. Yay for having adult children living at home!
Patience has a short little day today. I pick her up at 10:15 but then starting tomorrow she'll be there for the full 6 hours. Jordyn's preschool starts next week.
Tune in tomorrow for Sean's first day of school picture!
P.S. Good morning, Haley! :D
