Using up raisin bread...

Our local discount bread store occasionally has a goldmine of bread for .89/loaf. When that happens Don stocks up our deep freeze to the gills. Right now I have two open loaves of cinnamon raisin bread in my fridge that I want to use up because we also have two packs of bagels in there. Just a shining example of my home-management prowess : )

So I'm going to use this recipe to make bread pudding for tonight's dessert. Of course I'm making the sauce to go with it!
